Energy Balance & Managing body Composition

Calories provide the energy that the body needs to operate. The major nutrition divisions of carbohydrate, protein and fat can all be used by the body to provide energy. The traditional high-performance aerobic-endurance diet consists of 60% to 70% calories as carbohydrates, 10% to 15% as proteins and 15% to 25% as fat. Energy Balnace is a relation between Energy taken in from food to Energy lost in daily activities.
