Biography
Krzysztof Durkalec-Michalski has completed his PhD from Poznan University of Medical Sciences. Actually he is a Assistant Professor in the Department of Hygiene and Human Nutrition at the Poznan University of Life Sciences, as well as a dietician at the Polish Wrestling Federation. He is working also with the elite athletes in many sports disciplines. Member of the The Polish Council for Supplements and Nutritional Foods (KRSiO), Polish Society of Nutritional Sciences and the Polish Association of Food Technologists. Author of numerous national and international conference presentations concerning, nutrition and supplementation and their relationship to nutritional status and health as well as physical capacity in sport. He has published more than 25 papers in scientific journals.
